UGC Deal Copilot is operated by Anna Migliori, an individual based at Via Olanda 89, 37015 Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella (VR), Italy. Krevaio is a brand name used for this product, not a registered company. Anna Migliori operates as an individual under an Italian tax code (codice fiscale), available on request. UGC Deal Copilot reads brand offer text that you paste in, extracts the commercial terms it can find, produces an educational structure score and an indicative value range, and helps you draft a negotiation response.

UGC Deal Copilot provides educational and business decision-support information. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace a qualified attorney.

We do not guarantee that any value range reflects an achievable price, and we do not represent you in any negotiation. Decisions about a brand deal are yours alone.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• One trial per person and per payment method.

Access begins with a 7 calendar day trial that includes exactly one deal analysis. A valid payment method and a selected plan are required to start the trial. There is no free plan and no card-free tier.

• Pro Monthly — $19 per month. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and renews monthly until cancelled.
• Single Deal Pass — $29 one time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, a single charge of $29 is taken at the end of the trial. It never renews.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies in your country, which is calculated at checkout. Cancelling during the trial prevents any charge; your remaining trial analysis stays viewable until the trial expiry date.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. See our Refund Policy for refund conditions.

• Do not submit content you have no right to share.
• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, or to probe or overload the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the analysis output as a standalone product.

You keep all rights in the offer text and deal records you create. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your deal content for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising platforms.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features, and we will give reasonable notice of a material change that reduces what you have paid for.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the outcome of any negotiation or agreement you enter into. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterwards.
