Privacy Policy

• Account data — email address, an optional name, and a hashed password.
• Creator profile — niche, experience level, base rate and currency, used to calculate your indicative deal values.
• Deal data — the offer text you paste, the terms extracted from it, the structure score, value breakdown and any counteroffer drafts.
• Billing data — your selected plan, trial start and end dates, subscription status, and Stripe customer and payment-method references including the card brand and last four digits. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — request logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

• To provide the analysis, scoring, valuation and negotiation drafting you asked for.
• To operate your trial, subscription or one-time purchase, and to prevent abuse.
• To keep accounts secure and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
• With your consent only, to measure product usage and advertising performance. See the Cookie Policy.

We only list providers that are actually part of the service today:

• Supabase — database, authentication and hosting of your account, profile and deal records.
• Stripe — payment processing, payment-method storage and billing records.
• AI model provider — receives only the offer text you submit for extraction, for the duration of that request. It is not used to train models on your content.

If we later add an analytics or advertising provider, this list and the Cookie Policy will name it before any data is sent, and non-essential tracking will only run with your consent.

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share the content of your deals — brand names, offer amounts or terms — with advertising or analytics platforms.
• We never store raw card data.

Account, profile and deal records are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, deals and analysis history are deleted. Billing and transaction records are retained as long as Italian accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deletion is available directly in Settings; for anything else contact info@krevaio.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Marketing email is optional and separate from accepting the terms. If you opted in, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account or your billing.
